AIRCRAFT APPRAISAL - USPAP Endorsed

Aircraft appraisals provided by a Certified Senior Aircraft Appraiser appointed by the National Aircraft Appraiser Association (NAAA) and one of fewer than 60 endorsed by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), we offer valuation services competently while maintaining independence, impartiality and objectivity for all types and sizes of aircraft, engines and appliances for monetary relationships.

• For the Buyer. Bestowing trust in a professional that is sovereign, unbiased and fair minded to determine value of a particular aircraft being considered for purchase. Further, the appraisal can assist in expediting the sale of the aircraft because the buyer and seller know the fair market value and relative condition of the aircraft through the independent appraisal.
   

• For the Seller. Our aircraft appraisal offers the confidence of knowing the condition and the current fair market value of their aircraft. The appraisal is a great selling tool because it gives a potential buyer a solid "feel" for the aircraft in the words of an objective evaluator.
  
  

• For the Banker. Our aircraft appraisal documents the value and condition of the aircraft. The documents express an economic concept between aircraft and those who buy, sell and use those aircraft. The appraisal states an opinion of worth for an aircraft at a given time in accordance with a specific definition of value incorporating USPAP rules.
